How do I prepare my overnight oats?
For a serving of 75 g or 78.5 g (~2/3 Cup), depending on your flavour,
1. Pour between 1/2 or 2/3 cup to your liking of your favourite type of milk.
2. Stir well and place in the refrigerator overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.
What’s the best milk to use?
Whatever you prefer will do! Cow, nut like almond, soy, oat milk, etc. We recommend you test since they all differ in taste and texture.
Is the glass jar microwave-safe?
We do not recommend you microwave the glass jar. The jar lid is not microwave-safe.

How do I manage my subscriptions?
Customers are able to access their subscriptions in the customer portal, via the link they receive in each subscription email OR by logging into their account on our website www.erostrength.com
If you lose your link, please, send us an email to contact@erostrength.com and we will send it to you.
How can I pause/cancel my next delivery?
1. To pause your subscription, go to your customer portal and below the payment method you will see an orange button (Pause my subscription)
2. To cancel your subscription, go to your customer portal and below the payment method you will see a red button (Cancel my subscription)

How can I reschedule/skip my next delivery?
Go to your customer portal and below your items you will see your 'Billing schedule'.
1. To reschedule your subscription, choose the next order you want to adjust and click on 'Reschedule'. Once you decide on the date, click 'Save'.
2. To skip your subscription, choose the next order you want to adjust and click on 'Skip payment'. If you change your mind, click 'Unskip payment'.

Can I add a one-time product to my subscription?
To add a one-time product, log into your customer portal, you will find your item list. Click on 'Edit' on your right then 'Add item' and select your desired product. Choose between a one-time or a subscription purchase.
Confirm by clicking 'Save' next to 'Items'.
Can I change my subscription's order frequency?
To change the frequency, log into your customer portal, you will at the top of the page 'Subscription' with your frequency period. For example: 'repeats every 30 days'. Click on 'Edit' on your right then you can change the frequency of your orders.
